@zozo1990loly yeah if you have a normal birth afterwards you will be on a room with other women. And I don't think you can pay for a room but I'm not sure so maybe ask the hospital hun. And it's fine anytime you need advice just ask x

@mum2sky Ohh it's scary 😣u mean in normal birth not the birth centre it means i have to share room with other women ? I can't have my own room even if I pay them for the room ? Thanks alot for answering my questions 😍🤗😍

@zozo1990loly I was given the epidural. It depends on how far you are aswell. Because if you're too far and close to pushing baby out you won't get it. And yes afterwards you will have to share a room with other women but the curtains are pulled so you won't see them. If you want your own room check the birth centre out but that will mean no drugs only gas and air and you will have to have a water birth. Lots to think about x

@mum2sky Ohh I am glad that your little one is healthy and ok

I just called them today and told them I want a female doctor on the day they said we can't promise u that depends on what's available on your due date also they said even the room u might share it with other mums and the epidural injection u can't order it only if u need it will give it to u

I am really confused and don't know what to do

@zozo1990loly make sure you let them know in advance you don't want a man because I ended up with a man delivering my baby but I wasn't bothered, so let them know. Basically they told me my waters wasn't broken when they were and they took really long before I got to go home there was a lot of paperwork and not a lot of communication but my daughter was perfect and healthy and they helped me a lot with breastfeeding and changing her after so I can't fault them there x

My daughter was born there and they were so lovely and the food was nice. I had a few minor issues but overall the care was good. For private you're looking at 6,000 pounds plus it's very pricey and they add money on for scans etc x

@ezchaz I am from north west London what about U?

Is it rude to not want anyone at the hospital?

Is it rude to not want anyone at the hospital? I was just informed that my MIL wants to be waiting at the hospital so as soon as I pop out the baby she can rush in to be with the baby. I am really a private person and dont really want anyone at the hospital when I give birth (except my husband). I was planning on calling all the family to come to the hospital once I was all cleaned up and ready for visitors. Am I being rude? How do I tell them I dont want visitors a minute after pushing out a baby?! I would like some private time for just my husband & I!

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
