Lol. Glad I could help. I was supposed to be having the same thing for dinner, but the chicken wasn't thawed out.

I like to dice my potatoes up small, season them real good, and cook them in a large skillet until soft, so good, you could also just do a potato or a macaroni salad, green bean casserole would be good too 👍

Pretty much any sauteed veggie is great
