My son sprawls all out lmao xD especially now. He’ll poke his head out and butt. He’s pretty silly.
At 23 weeks normally babies are laying horizontally and flip back and forth on which end there head is at. Or they will be upright. Most babies don’t go to head down until 30/32 weeks.
I was still transverse around then but head down shortly after. Kicks up high means head down. Possible for baby to wiggle out of head down late pregnancy too though. Your ob can tell you for sure next visit!
