My so has major redness on his butthole and little sack.. I tried to put desitin and he screamed more.. this hasn't happened to him thank god all this time so I am a little confused what else to put .. do you ladies know of anything else to help soothe and clear it up? 😓😓😓😓

Aquafor!! I swear by that stuff, my son had the same issue and it cleared up a lot by the next morning.

Balmex will clear it up completely within an hour or two. Alternate between the balmex and baby powder. Also try and let him go without a diaper for a while so the area can dry up and heal.

Vaseline! I use that when I notice destin isn't doing its job. And then it clears right up.
