I’m really determined, I never been through labor before but everyone keep doubting I’m going to go…

@akita_mommy, A birth plan is something that the hospital will ask you for ? Or just something you come up with ?

I'm doing it natural to! My last 2 I had epidural it didn't work my last labor I still felt everything the back pain afterwards is not worth it.

I was so determined to go natural for my first born and I actually took the pain great but once I was told it was almost time to push I got nervous and asked for the epidural 😩 but I definitely wanna try this time! I did so good for my first and I know I can do it this time

@sandraluvx, Yes you can do it girl !! Just try it out . It’s all a mental thing .

Even tho what u saying is wonderful...I hate that women feel like this is what it takes to be a strong women hun no matter which way u have a baby your a woomen bringing a child into the world that's strong and empowering enough we as women hold ourselves to ridiculous standards js
