Weighed 144 before pregnancy and I weighed 164 yesterday at my last OB apt. Only gained 20 pounds with this baby 🙌🏾💐My goal is to lose 30 pounds by the end of the year. Wish me luck, mamas!

Every body is different, but I lost 30 pounds 6 weeks after having my daughter. However I had gained 50 😂🤷🏼♀️ good luck in your journey momma. Side note, my mom said it took a year to be back to normal after she had my first brother. So sometimes it takes time! 💖💖

As long as you breastfeed that weigh will melt off super quick! Your bodys way of shedding the pounds....good luck!
