Baby girl has severe eczema on the face which is flaring up right now and it’s all red and oozing fluid. I’m tired of using creams and lotions for her flare ups. Is there any natural things I can do to prevent any future flare ups like this?

Check amazon I seen something up there one time for kids eczema it comes in a brown jar
@girlmom., her doctor started her on hydrocortisone maybe a week ago but she didn’t have a flare up until maybe yesterday I’ve cut out all scented soups and lotions along with laundry detergent as well
@girlmom., and yes deff going to try the coconut oil and breast milk
@girlmom., i try to eat healthy since I’m breastfeeding I stay away from soy and high fat foods
