@elise305, until I was about 16-17 weeks. It’s one of the only symptoms I had other than nausea.

I have them everyday I take Tylenol and drink a cup or two of ginger tea it helps a lot ...

@blessed2018w9 yes 🙄😢The caffeine doesn't help, unfortunately. It's weird I only get them at night.
