Question : How do/did you cope with your newborn baby getting shots? I don't like needles at all & it just hurts my…

@d.j112811 Wow. You have a tough son. Lol baby girl and I cried together. She has too go back next month and get two more shots...I can only imagine how I'm going to be feeling on that day.

@daddysangel24 yeah my husband was going with me to every doctor's appointment and what not but after baby was born and he went back to work I had to do it on my own so I just toughen up and it was not easy but I used the three months between every shot appointment to get that much stronger

I cried he cried we cried together 😩 he turned beat red and had a fever for 3 days straight afterward 😩. It was harder on him because he's a preemie and the first day I wasn't allowed to give him Tylenol until I spoke to someone.

@mother.of.2 You welcome. I know...I just told my boyfriend that he doesn't have too take off work too go with me. Like you said I have too be strong.

@daddysangel24 thank you the first one's always the worst and it never gets easier but you do get stronger mama, so hang in there.

@daddysangel24 I know, luckily they skip 9 months but dreading the 12 month ones ugh. And then with this baby, I cried the very first time but after that I didn't want him seeing me crying because I feel like he won't get over it as fast

@mother.of.2 You know that's how my baby girl was...she only cried for about half a minute until I picked her up and put her in my arms. Its just awful too see babies go through that pain.

Coraline got her 15 month shots today. Muy husband stands with her && when they're done i scoop her up and run outside singing SpongeBob SquarePants 😂😂

Yeah I was the kid they had to hold down for shots lol

Knowing that I hated it yet he had to get shots it made me want to help in any way even more and when my son got his every time he only cried for about half a minute

@mommysbabies My baby girl is 8lbs , she also has meat on her bones as well..but I just can't stand needles and then too see my baby girl get her shots...ugh it just tears me apart.

They hate giving my daughter her shots she is still only 12.7 pounds so she has meat to her

It was awful. I just held her hands and looked in her eyes. Never heard her screaming like that before 😢 she wasn't the same for 3 days and didn't took my breast too.

My husband would go with me and I’d go out of the room

I looked away my daughter had to get a spinal tap at 1 month and I had to walk out and balled my eyes on the phone with my parents and husband I felt so guilty
