I have bad high blood pressure. I’m only 35 weeks and they’re talking about inducing me next week.. I want to wait as soon as possible I’ve been asking if they can push it out to at least 38 weeks and they won’t answer me :(

I think at 37 weeks we started talking about induction. They wanted to get me at 39 weeks exactly but I told them I didn’t want to deliver until I was 40 weeks, so I was induced at 40 weeks exactly. My son was measuring small- came out at 5lbs 11oz, can’t really imagine how small he would have been at 39 weeks.

The same thing happened to me, babygirl wasn't growing in my placenta so they had to induce me at 38 weeks I saw the doctor at a 38 week appointment and induced me that same night.

I went in for my 37 week appointment at 8am and I was being induced by noon. The Dr called the hospital when I was on the way. We originally had no intention to induce then my blood pressure went sky high and they were worried about late onset pre-calmisa

@mommytonayeliz, no doctor gave me all the papers told me if I haven’t had him since my last visit which was a Monday to call hospital Wednesday and let them know you’re going to be induced on Friday and they will call you with a time frame

@takiahilk u notified the hospital? isnt that the dr that does that?

@mommytonayeliz, I had to notify hospital and they called me the morning of my due date at 2:30 to come in

@takiahilk how long did it take the dr with the hospital to set it up? im just annoyed cuz i feel like i shoild have a date by now

@alyssa5792 yeah i mean my daughter is gaining weigght but not at all what she should be gaining . shes barely 4 lbs and some oz she hasnt even hit 5 lbs

My appt. was late in the afternoon and my OB set it up for ten pm that same night, so not long. (I was 39 weeks)
