Any helpful hints on how to prevent my bladder from over filling overnight. If I just wait till my need to pee wakes me, it hurts a lot just from fullness. Any advice?
I’ve been having the same problem. For the past few days I’ve kept ice chips by my bed and when I get thirsty at night I just eat a few and it quenches the need for water. I’ve noticed that I’ve been able to sleep in longer and haven’t been waking up in the night to get up to go. I also noticed that when I do get up to go it’s not that overwhelming full pain anymore. I don’t even keep a glass of water by my bed anymore and I don’t wake up dying for liquids either. 🤷🏻♀️
@kelseyweeks03, mm I go through the same , I don’t really have any answers for you 😒
@rubymartinez this is like a lot of pain, makes it difficult to get out bed, and causes BH. So I'd like to just prevent it from getting that full.
@kelseyweeks03, there isn’t really anything to help with that far as I’m concerned . because you are pregnant & you’ll have a full bladder rather you drink water or not
@rubymartinez if I do that I get super dehydrated. To a sick point. I have to drink before bed and through the night. Or I wake up seriously dehydrated.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
