My 9 month old has a cold , what’s the best over the counter medicine I can give him to help with the symptoms???.... I know it’s just a cold because I took him to the doctor and he was clear for everything except some nasal congestion

Zarbees is the best they have one for congestion. That and use a humidifier and just keep sucking the nose clean and use saline spray to help get it all clear. Nose frida works great for that. Hope he gets better soon
