Does it make since to put my sperm donor on child support if he can’t keep a regular job? Dude work temp jobs and he either quit before it’s over or is fired he don’t hav a car and stays with his mother I’m taking care of my baby perfectly fine but I also didn’t make him by myself any advice ladies ? Cuz he do little to nothing for our son

My 4&5 yr old his. Not my 17 month old or the baby I'm pregant. With now. Their my man's I'm with now and he hates the fact I'm with him and don't know about the new baby.

I didn't take my 2 older boy's dad for child support. And I don't plan on it at all. I want nothing to do with their dad. I have Full Physical Custody of the boy's he has no visitation nothing. I let him see them when he can be civil and do what my requirements are. Witch is only common sense.
@babyjay27, I’ve been trying hun even his gf told me he not gonna be doing much for our baby and that’s sad cuz she’s a mother herself me personally I couldn’t deal with a man who has said out of his mouth he’s not going to do anything for the baby

@shay2beautiful, he’s not trying to do better at all tho that’s the thing he sits on his fat ass n do nothing as much as I don’t want to if I have to (which it’s getting to the point to where I have too) put him on it I will that’s on him if he goes to jail his well being and his lively hood not my concern my child is n if it takes for him to sit in jail do take care of his responsibilities then by all mean let his ass sit. I’m tired of begging him to step it up I shouldn’t have to make a man be a man or a father
@anthonysmommie072816, he clearly can’t take care of himself or the child and then putting him on child support will on hurt him in the long run. Especially, since he can’t hold a job for long. Men get arrested everyday for back child support. When he get arrested though, you still not gone be able to get any money. I’d rather have my child’s father not be in jail so he can at least have that opportunity to do better with his life!
I'd file anyway, just like you said, you didn't make this baby by yourself and you shouldn't have to do it all on your own, it isn't really a matter of money but of principle, if he'd step up maybe it wouldn't have even come to this.
Also, maybe this is the kick in the teeth he needs to get his life on track.
