Question: if I'm filing for divorce because my"husband is incarcerated in Mexico has been since day 1 for 11 yrs. Will the judge grant it to me even though I had kids during the marriage? Or Will he consider that adultry,???I want to be over with this already and marry my fiancee... These 11 yrs have been a huge waste of my time of being happy...
They said at the court that I have to send off this paternity paper with his name on it like the assumed father like really he's bn in jail...I have to pay$30for that....
Then the affidavit who could help with that I'm going NUTS
