Does this look like a boy to you all? I don’t go see what the gender is officially until the 25th but at my last ultrasound the lady said this looks like a boy to her? What do you think?

Does this look like a dog? If so, what kind? Someone posted it on a lost dog Facebook page and said that she is very skinny and looks like she's been on her own for a while. She kind of looks like a baby fox or coyote to me.
