Questions for the mommies:

How/What do you do too get rid of your belly fat after giving birth? I gave birth on the 27th of February & I still have a little pudge and I don't like it. Lol HELP ME...

This might sound weird but preparation H the hemroid cream rub it on your tummy all over and wrap with plastic wrap

4 months out and still have a tiny pudge. Eat right drink water and exercise. Mine is almost all the way gone from it

@sjo1 I drink water all day everyday so I don't mind doing that at all. Now exercising is a different story. Lol but I will make an effort and do it tho.

I say workout and drink lots of water! also alot of stomach exercises :) after my second baby I lost 80lbs and was the skinniest I'd ever been in my life from working out 30-45 min a day. my stomach was so small after I lost weight.

@daddysangel24, target Walmart or Amazon put it on during the day take it off when you’re ready for bed that’s what I did as soon as i got home from the hospital for the first month

Some moms are able to loose it and some aren't. It really depends on your body. Mine never went away and won't go away due to massive weight loss. But you can try sit ups, planks, side ways plank any core workout really and be super consistent. ❤ Good luck.
