A touchy subject, but can we talk about PPD? Either ladies who have dealt with it, please let me know your outcome or how to cope, for ladies who wonder please ask questions and talk about it in the comments. I feel like I have PPD, and I kind of feel alone. I’d love to have a discussion about it ! Or even a private message. Anything ! Let me know your thoughts and experiences ♥️

I got a therapist and it helped so much. If you don’t have time to make it to appointments, betterhelp.com is just as great. ❤️

@paislees_momma, definitely don’t stay to yourself. I did that and it made it worse. If you need to and have the funds to consider a therapist. If not then find someone you can talk to about it (I’m always here if you need to chat as well). It’s definitely a hard road when dealing with depression. So the more help you get now the better off you will be down the road when you have your daughter.

@carrsonsmommy, I haven’t, I have always been one to stay to myself but I think it’s time to speak up and I’m going to do so on my appointment on the 16th. It seems like everyone’s very similar advice is to speak up about it and not stay to myself.

@paislees_momma, have you talked with your doctor they can prescribe something for depression. But i totally get it, I used to cry myself to sleep a lot. Sometime still now it becomes to much still. Need to find something that can relax you like take a bubble bath, find a good book something along those lines to help calm you down and relax a little bit.

@paislees_momma yes it will, maybe try to get support now so you don't get to overwhelmed. When I was pregnant I planned everything out just like you and read everything I could but when my baby came plans flew out the window and I felt I didn't know what I was doing too but I've stopped being hard on myself and I do what works best for us. Hopefully you feel better and the joy your baby gives will help push you through it.

Don't stress, you have to take care of yourself with your baby's birth approaching, I think alot of different things contributed to my ppd, having a baby is a big change but you will get the hang of it, good luck!

@carrsonsmommy, it just makes me feel so, I don’t even have a word for it. My pregnancy was planned, I thought I had it all figured out and now I’m just like what the actual hell am I doing. I cry, and sleep, and forget everything. It’s destroying me, and I feel like I’m not good enough to be her mother.

I had PPD with my first. At the time I never admitted it but now I can see I did have it.
