You have to cut it; peel it; boil it until it’s soft. I make a cabbage salad usually to eat it with: cabbage; diced tomato; diced onion. Dressing is white vinegar, olive oil and salt.
Peel it wash it and cut it up and boil that’s how my parents do it since my dad Puerto Rican he makes these with other Spanish roots all in one pot with rice con gondules on the side and with baked or fried Pierne so good especially when it’s done put a little of oil on top 😋😋😋
