I am mostly a vegetarian. Red meat doesn't agree with my stomach. I don't have enough stomach acid to break it down, so it upsets my stomach for hours...
I got tired of chicken and pork, and I'm not a huge fish eater.
So what's on your mind?
Also, I would avoid making any drastic changes in your diet till after the baby comes. And chat with your OB about it.
