@leroydoom, I agree I feel like I should’ve been induced at 40 weeks. But I’ll be 40 weeks and 6 days when they do a membrane sweep, and then if that doesn’t kickstart labor they’ll medical induce me at 41 weeks and 2 days😭😭

@abby-strait wow, why are they wanting to wait so long? Baby should be fully formed and ready to come into the world now, I feel like unless its completely medically necessary to keep the baby in longer, everyone should have the choice to induce at 39-40 weeks if they desire too. I mean, its only right because it is your birth plan.

Right they told me last week she was 8.5 lbs and I have two days til my due date and I don’t think she will fit her coming home outfit 😭 and my doc said she would like to wait til 41 weeks to induce what??? Imma have an 11 lb baby ugh 😕

@charmed040309, not soon enough!! If she doesn’t come on her own I have 5+ days til I’m induced

Don't worry. She'll either come out on her own or she'll come out thanks to the doctor
