@mommytonayeliz You can find all the ingredients at Walgreens or CVS. The witch hazel is especially important. The aloe is what freezes and makes it cold. No problem!

I've made a few just to be prepared this time, the cold is the only thing that soothes the pain after, really well. The spray they give you does wonders too but anything cold does the job of taking away the pain momentarily

@mommytonayeliz that shouldn't be a problem for you. After having my first, I was up and walking/able to use the restroom within 20 minutes of giving birth. You'll be sore for a little while obviously, depending on where you tear/if you have to get an episiotomy, but they will give you a numbing spray to help and if you want to go the extra mile you can make "padsicles" at home to take with you to the hospital.

I feel like we as mothers have to do what we have to do as providers for our children so I don't think it is! Thankfully I've been able to stay at home with my kids from birth until their later years but this baby I think ill be back to work right after as well @mommytonayeliz

I feel like it's very quickly! Of course you're sore for a few days or a week or two but it was quickly for me :)
