Good morning ladies.
Sadly, AF is here today. On time... so heart breaking. Really thought this would be my month but I guess not. Debating what are my next steps. It’s almost going to be 5 years of TTC on and off. We’ve tried the whole “don’t think about it” method, I had an HSG test. He’s had his sperm tested. Still nothing... we’ve done the folic acid and the ovulation kit. Really don’t know what next.

Get your uterus checked to make sure it's not to thick or thin for implantation.
@mrs.olivas, yup. When i went to my obgyn in July i told her i was trying to conceive. She did an ultrasound and told me there’s nothing wrong, to try and take prenatal vitamins
@mrs.olivas, oh ok. I have painful cycles as well but nothing I can’t handle. When I got my test they told me it should be easier to conceive because any backed up sperm would now be cleared. This was 2 years ago.
