Someone please please help me!!!!!! I have the hugest most painful hemorrhoid ever, I mean NOTHING is helping to relieve the pain and it’s completely swollen all the way around... I have never had this kind of discomfort before OMG it’s so painful! I have been taking stool softeners and drinking prune juice and I still haven’t had a bowel movement so I’m not straining but IT HURTS!!! I’ve been using Tucks pads and dermoplast spray that’s not working either I can barely sit or lay Please Help!!!!!!!
