Help i need your experience!! I bought this belly band cuz I’m having really bad back pain and round ligament pain. I’m almost 15 weeks pregnant. This supports okay but at the end of the day if I do stuff my back still hurt bad. Almost like it doesn’t stay in place well enough and kinda uncomfortable to wear all day. What have you used that you loved that helped. I included picture on me and belly band

Belly Bands Do they help with upper back pain? I'm having the worst pain anytime I sit for more than a few minutes and laying down is the only thing that helps. Tylenol does nothing.
