I always wondered about taking a decongestant as everyone says not too but I was in the hospital at 30 weeks for preterm labor and I also happened to have a bad cold at the same time and they gave me zyrtec D. When I asked if it was Ok they said yes cuz i was in third trimester already. so you are fine to take it too
