Sorry for late reply...but its a gel or cream you insert before sex that kills the sperm instantly. But probably not a good option if you like to go more than once in a session. They dont recommend multiple use at once because it could cause yeast infection. But if it was like 2-3 times a day hours apart thats ok. But definitely need a shower after every use it can get very icky. But other than that it really worked for us

I won’t ever use birth control. It makes me irregular and moody. Any I’ve tried any ways. Good old fashioned condoms and praying to God here. 😂

If I remember right, there are non hormone options too, you'll have a regular cycle and there are less side effects.
