12 weeks and 1 day, feelin huge! I'm gonna be honest with ya for a minute, daily battles with my own mind, are friggen exhausting. I wake up and I really just don't wanna get out of bed most mornings. I wake up already MENTALLY exhausted.

My mind tells me, no, tricks me, into thinking, 'what's the point? You're never going to change.' These thoughts come and go for everyone but some people cant let go of them, the thoughts keep feeding on them like a parasite. You go deeper and deeper until you don't even recognize yourself.

You ask yourself daily, 'who am I even?!'

But this is me...in all my glory. And this is me, overcoming it. Every step closer is a step. I may have only worked out for 10 minutes but I made those minutes count, and some people may only have 10 minutes! Progress is progress❤

But I'm here to tell you that you can.

* You CAN improve your thinking!

That's the starting point, your mind.
