I know this may be tmi but does anyone have bad itching down there before they get there period

@colh416, also they have gels made with probiotics that insert right into the vagina . They help so much. They are costly though ugh.

It took me a while to figure this out but after some research and tryal I don’t longer go to the doctor... now I’m not saying to completely avoid going to the doc ...

There’s also the internal was from the same brand rephresh get that too it’s so worth it bc it helps almost instantly

@pnkbuttaflies thanks I'll have to talk to my doctor and ask her what she thinks because I did have a yeast infection a few months ago so now I'm always thinking I'm getting one

I highly recommend pro biotics I’ve taken them for a few months now and yeast infections or bv are a thing of the past for me

It’s not always a yeast infection, you can just get itchy from off ph, also you ussualy will get bv (bacterial vaginosis) from of balance ph levels

@mommytoangels that's what I thought it was I thought had a yeast infection the same thing happens to me last month to but when I got my period I thought it was ok

It's where your body starts releasing hormones and your ph balance gets out of whack and you get a yeast infection.

I get it after my period it’s annoying as hell

@karensmommy I know it's the worst but once I get my period it's fine I don't know if I always been like that or if I am just now starting to realize it because it's worse or somthing
