You are 27 years old, you have a child already, you should know most of these things. Get a women's health book or something. Educate yourself on your body.
@allisonemma2016, it’s possible if their periods are irregular and they ovulate right after their period but it’s highly unlikely. Pregnancy occurs when a man’s sperm reaches a females egg. The egg doesn’t release until ovulation and there is only a small window of time that you can get pregnant. You don’t ovulate when you’re on your period. Before you have another baby you might want to read up on how these things work.
In order to get pregnant you need to have sex during your ovulation. You ovulate in between your periods and then your period is actually your body shedding the lining of your uterus because you’re NOT pregnant. Having sex on your period will most likely not result in a pregnancy. If you want to get pregnant, have sex during the time that your period tracker says you are ovulating
@allisonemma2016, try tracking your ovulation and your cycles that’ll help. But it’s perfectly fine to have sex at any point in your cycle unless a doctor tells you otherwise
