At 36 weeks I was dilated to a three baby was really low and I was almost completely effaced. Sunday night my contractions were 15 minutes apart but stopped. My dr wants 8 in an hour. He said if I make it to my 39 week appt that we'll "stir things up" I've had the okay to deliver since 36 weeks. Anyone have any safe ways to get things moving along? I know baby boy will come when ready but I don't see the harm in helping him along.

If he wants to induce because of health issues do it if not do not. I had so many complications until this day. Let your heart guide you.

@seanvna I think he's wanting to do a membrane sweep cause he's against inducing. I'm 4 foot 8 and already have a really big baby according to the ultrasound. He's hoping I'll deliver soon cause my last one was almost a c section and we both want baby boy to be natural as well.

What I did to help my pregnancy along, was I Ate Pineapple, I did a lot of exercises. I did lunges and squats. My Husband took me walking around the block multiple times. I would walk for a little bit and then do lunges until the end of the corner. People say that Spicy food would help. Every night before I went to bed, I did lunges and squats. One night I did those and boom, My Baby Boy was here. I also took Primrose Pills. My Doctor told me that is very helpful. Also, having sex could possibly help too. I really hope that I helped you out!!! ♡♡♡♡.
