I was diagnosed with preeclamsia tonight.. 😓
I have to collect urine for the next 24hrs. I just have to wait and see what happens now.

@kelseyp16 Aww.. I'm sorry to hear that 😔. I'm glad you have made it this far, depending on the results maybe they'll let you go a few more days to make it to 36 weeks since you're almost there. Wishing you luck and sending you good vibes 💖💖 I know it's annoying to have to go through it but it'll all be worth it.
@simplyshantell, They did pull blood, I am waiting on those results, and the 24hr urine test is to check for protein. I have had high BP for a few weeks now and it gets higher each visit and remains high at home. I am not too stressed right now, just annoyed. I had severely high BP with my first daughter and really didn't want to go through this again.
@kelseyp16 Unless it were to be substantially high and you and baby are in danger, I wouldn't allow anyone to induce me. Honestly unless there were definitive evidence that it is in fact Pre E, and not just a temporary rise in BP I would refuse. I'm assuming they have you doing the 24 hour urine to check protein levels to confirm the suspicion, and I'd also request a blood draw to check your uric acid (liver enzymes/function) before coming to any decision but regardless, if they did have to induce you you and baby should be fine.. Your baby will be okay at almost 36 weeks. Try not to stress because obv. that will bring it up further and you don't want that to be the reason they choose to induce because its not the right reason. I hope it's nothing serious but if it is you will both be okay!
@simplyshantell, thanks. I really appreciate your comment. It was just alot to take in tonight and there was talk of inducing me, but my BP lowered a bit and stayed steady, so that was good.
You're far enough along to where hopefully there will not be any complications for you or baby. Just drink TONS of water and relax. All will be okay. Good luck! @kelseyp16
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I had it with my first, it sure makes pregnancy so much more of a roller coaster! I went into preterm labor twice (32 and 34 weeks) because of it before finally being induced st 38 weeks because my symptoms got to the point of very very dangerous. Having high blood pressure got really frustrating to me because I was doing literally everything possible to keep it low and nothing worked. I hope the best for you and baby! Hopefully you can make it a little further, safely!
