@motherof3nigerianprincesses, yeah that’s where my contractions were mostly was in my pelvis . It’s so crazy that all drs are different , once i hit 5 cm they wouldn’t let me get up and walk or anything because i was in active labor and they had to monitor his heart rate cause that’s when it can drop & go up

@motherof3nigerianprincesses, shoot i went in at 4 cm and they kept me lol but it took me like 6 hours just to get the 5 cm but once i hit 5 cm i went to 8 cm in 4 hours! I only went in because it was the middle of the night and i was annoyed and wanted to know what was going on 😂😂😂 i was so mad when they said i was only 4 cm

@motherof3nigerianprincesses, girl i didn’t know you were 5cm! Why didn’t they keep you? Once you hit 5 cm that’s when your in “active labor” and it usually goes pretty fast once you hit 5 cm

@theinkedmommy yeah it's the levels of oxytocin in semen that helps also having orgasms and relaxing helps

@motherof3nigerianprincesses, I’ve heard it helps, but never really knew if it made a difference. With you being so far dilated it probably would help.
