My girlfriend lost her baby at 20 weeks. Just be there for her. Let her vent. Let her cry. Let her be angry. Let her be sad. Just be there. That's the best you could do for her.

I lose my second baby at 36 weeks and there is no words to make it better but the best thing to do is just to be there for her. Let her cry, scream, yell, whatever emotions she is feeling in that moment. For me, having people just be there to let me talk and cry was the most helpful thing. I wish someone could have made us some dinner so I didn’t have to cook, or just helped out with things around the house. I had a 2 year old at home so I had to be mommy and I couldn’t just lock myself in the room and have a meltdown but my in laws took him while we made all the arrangements so he didn’t have to see me and daddy crying because he didn’t understand what was going on. My heart hurts for her because I know that pain all too well. My sister lost her baby girl at 20 weeks this past year so I was right there by her side so she could just let it all out.

I had a cousin due almost same time as me in 2016 i had my son in dec and her baby died while inside of her at 8 month's of her pregnancy...there are no right words..i live in miami&my cousin lives in israel..i felt her pain as a family &just being a woman w a heart..she probably just needs her alone time to grieve...just so sad for a woman to experience and so far into her pregnancy :( 👼 ❤
