Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
Will your Mom be in the delivery room? My mom made it sound like she was gonna be in the delivery room when I give birth, and quite frankly, I would just like it to be me and my fiancé. It's our first, and I want to share that special moment with just him. I don't want to hurt her feelings, and I know this is something she would really like to be a part of. So I feel bad telling her no.

So I wanted to name my daughter Serenity & then my brother & parents called me after they had a whole house meeting saying the name “wouldn’t get her a job”.. now I’m back to square one 🙄
Am I wrong to be upset? Last night I was running a fever, weak, tired, sore, my left boob feels like it got used as a punching bag. I asked my husband to call out of work today to help me with the kid so I could get some rest. He went to work. I texted him this morning. Part of me thinks I mean. The other part of me thinks I was fine for saying that because he should've stayed home with us.

My husband's step mom is only 30 so my kids call her Gigi

All of my mom's grandkids call her Granny. My husband's mom and dad are referred to as Grammy and Grampy or just Grandpa.
My husband's grandma is either gigi or mimi.

My kids call all their grandpas, Papa which I dont think is an "old" sounding nickname.

You can always ask what they wanna be called to I know a lot of people have preferences but gigi and papa don’t sound “old”

@bebefever94 ..My mom lost both her parents at age 12 they died within 3 month's &a day of each other..She went to live from ny to israel and her oldest brother was 18 &he stayed in ny..It effected her entire life.She is a good person but,she isn't motherly or grandmotherly..so it made me very motherly.I am sorry you've gone thru a tremendous loss and had loving parent's care for you..

We let our girls pick names. My mom isn't even 40 yet and they call her mamaw. My MIL is like 8 years older and they call her grammy

My parents are only in their 30s so they didn't want to be called grandma or grandma so we call them Randi (my mom) and MiMi(my dad). We thought about Glamma and Papi

When my daughter can talk, we’re gonna have her call her grandmother”g” and her grandfather “pawpaw” but that’s because that’s what they want to be called. Maybe ask your parents what they wanna be called, it’ll be easier

@scx, I have and they are unsure yet keep saying (jokingly) it pains them to actually be called grandma and grandpa
