I really have to brag on my child for a minute, ya’ll. We’ve coslept his entire life, and lately he’s been in bed with me while daddy sleeps on the couch because the 3 of us in a queen size bed is pretty uncomfortable.. 😅 anyways, tonight he started getting out of the bed and I asked him if he was going to sleep in his room (totally being sarcastic). He replied “uh huh” and started walking that way, so I sat there waiting for him to come right back. He came back a few minutes later asking for me to help with the covers and so I held his little hand and walked him to his room. We sang twinkle twinkle little star and I tucked him in and kissed him, thinking to myself that there’s no way he was actually going to go to sleep. I go in there to check on him not even 10 minutes later and he’s OUT. I could cry, my baby is so grown up! I’m so proud of him, even if he doesn’t stay in there all night!
