How early did you make your registry? I’ve already had several people ask me for my registry but I don’t even know what I’m having yet. I guess I could do one with basic items with no gender? Or should I just wait a while longer. I’m a first time mom so I have no idea

@katyejordyn, that’s kinda what I was thinking. Going ahead and getting the bare necessities out of the way and then going from there. That may be what I do. Thanks girl!
I'd wait until you know the gender, which could be anywhere from 18 to 24 weeks depending on when your next ultrasound will be.
I started one early but only added things like stroller, car seat, baby gates, etc.. after I found out I was having a girl, I started adding the girly stuff ☺️
I waited until I learned the gender because I like have very gender specific things. Like for my girls I wanted all princess everything and for my son it was ocean animals and pirates lol. But it's completely up to you. If you don't mind more generic non gender specific things then go for it!! It's never too soon in my opinion 😁
So idk if I’m an asshole for thinking this but a girl I used to go to school with is having her 3rd kid and she’s planning a baby shower and she had one with her other two. I feel like a baby shower is something you do with ur first pregnancy. I live far from my family so I didn’t have one but i did have a baby registry and I’m not even doing that with this pregnancy. Idk I just feel like 3 baby showers is a lot! Especially when she gets things handed to her. Idk maybe I’m an ass for thinking that

My significant other hasn’t been to one appt. am I crazy for being bothered about it? I’m already depressed I’m having another baby. I didn’t even want anymore. I feel like I don’t have the support I need.
I waited until I found out the gender at 16 weeks. I was so knit picky about the things I wanted and liked for the baby too. I tweaked those registries up until A MONTH before my shower when I was 33 weeks. Lol
