I started weight waters and have lost 7 pounds in about 2 weeks
@lovelyshani, so being real, there is no such thing as a “perfect food.” Wish there was! Lol but I found, you may be different, that chicken breasts, veggies and some brown rice are a great place to start. You can do a lot with some salt free seasonings. Eggs are good too and even tuna and what not. Snacks, I’m a big snacker, so veggies or pretzels with hummus, yogurt and apple with peanut butter.
I’m not an expert, just what works for me. I’m actually someone who has a big sweet tooth too lol
The one I'd suggest is Garcinia Cambogia extract, I've been told it does great but you have to remember to take it before and after each meal but mostly all it does is increase your metabolism so once you stop taking it your metabolism will slow down again and then you'd just have to keep eating healthy and keep a good diet to remain at the goal weight you wanted. So basically Garcinia Cambogia will help you get where you want but once you're there you need to maintain it
I been doing yoga. Running hiking I an I still can't really lose the weight
@littleonemorning, i really jus want to find the perfect foods & snacks
@lovelyshani, yeah, you can find a ton of stuff, like yoga and what not. I do a lot of my workouts, before being pregnant, at home. Just whatever you do, try and do a little research so you don’t hurt yourself.
I started just by brisk walking like once or twice a day for 15-30 minutes, or even just getting up and walking between commercial breaks. They say just 10 minutes of exercise a day, if done right is all you need.
Hope it helps love! I promise you don’t have to go crazy. Small changes are good too!
@mrschristinatitus0213, that’s great. Never said I was one of the lucky ones, just saying that diet pills aren’t recommended because they can do more harm than good to your bodies. And spike your blood pressure, cause heart attacks and the list just goes on. Eating healthy and going for a walk every once and awhile isn’t “lucky.” Just my opinion though.
Well @littleonemorning some of us aren't That lucky to just work out and get away with that
@lovelyshani, I just use YouTube to be honest.
@littleonemorning, that’s my struggle exercising lol do you have any apps ?
@lovelyshani, lots of veggies and lean protein. Limit your carbs and if you fill up on them make sure they are complex carbs like sweet potatoes and whole wheat. White carbs are fine, but you can’t go crazy with them. And limit fried foods. In reality you can eat whatever you want, just with moderation and proper exercise.
Proformix gnc I have been using it for a year now an am happy with it
@littleonemorning, that’s the thing idk what to eat 😩 i don’t eat pork or beef anymore
None. Those are usually filled with things that just spike your metabolism for a little while and you’ll shed excess water weight.
I’m sure you know but the best bet is to eat a high protein diet and exercise, slowly losing weight is much healthier than doing it so quickly. And make sure you are drinking plenty of water.
Yes I’ve heard about those products
