Any tips on weight loss? I weigh about 212 I want to go down to at least 180
@lovee.n, I do about 50% carbs 30% fat & 25% protein 😂😂 not equal % but my fitness pal & Herbalife have been successful! I struggle with losing weight bc I have a thyroid condition, but lost 15 lbs in a month. It sounds like your doing everything right. 😊👍
@courtneygordy, it was I stopped lol but I am trying portion control, lots of water, & minimizing sugars (cakes, candys, soda, juices)

@roguemommyofjx3, have you talked to someone about your depression. I struggled with infertility for 3 years so I know how bad it can be. I still struggle some days, but I take Zoloft & started using Herbalife products the beginning of February & love the results I am seeing.
Herbalife has been a great improvement to my overall health. I struggle with depression & hypothyroidism. Down 17 lbs 👍 I’d love to help others struggling.
@lovee.n, you can do online or in person meetings. Online is cheaper. They give you an amount of points to eat throughout the day and you eat that. Some foods are worth 0 points so you can eat more of those if you have a bad day. I have to scan or search on the app what to eat at restaurants. Look it up. It’s helped me more than counting calories and I can still eat things I like
I drink a coffee that suppresses my hunger and curbs my appetite. It’s amazing!!
@roguemommyofjx3, talk to your Dr, I know I’ve heard of pills to help suppress hunger that help with depression/anxiety/adhd so I wanted to try them but it’s just too much to deal with at once

@sjo1, yea it’s so hard but my SIL wanted me to try a 20carb diet and that is not going to work for me so I’m going to try cutting out junk and hope for the best

@lovee.n girl I was the same until right before this pregnancy. I was successful loosing 25lbs. I plan to do the same after I deliver, I started off with little changes! Cutting soda upping my water intake then adding 30 min cardio into my day then portioning my food and choosing healthier foods! Also staying within a 12-1500 calorie range
