Y’all I’m FURIOUS!!!! I had cholestasis with my son. Had him early at 36 weeks. Now I have ALL the same symptoms and have had them for almost a month and I’ve asked my doctor MULTIPLE times is this possible? Could I have cholestasis? She said no you had your gall bladder removed and I can’t test for it anyways because you don’t have a gall bladder. So I’m talking to a friend about it and come to find out she had her gall bladder removed in high school and then had cholestasis not once BUT TWICE!!!!!!! She said my doctor is full of shit! You can test for it if you don’t have a gall bladder. So my son is asleep in bed and I’m sitting here like man this is deadly after 37 weeks and I’ll be 37 weeks on Monday so I call L&D at the nearest hospital and they confirm EVERYTHING my friend just said. They told me to come in but nobody will sit with my son. Man WTF am I supposed to do I can’t take my son with me to L&D!!!!! I told my mom if something happens to my daughter nobody better be in my face. I’m so fuming mad I’m crying y’all!!!
