Anybody have tips for dealing with a baby with super bad separation anxiety? My son is almost 7 mo and he’s having the worst anxiety attack of his life. Help😭

@pipelinemama, he’s not even letting me put him down without freaking out but I just got him down for a nap hopefully that help thank you
For us nothing helped in easing the fact, if I needed to run an errand I have to sneak out while she was distracted by my mom or husband watching her. She got better over time though.

@gabi.marie, sneak out don’t make it obvious that your leaving just get ready super early shoes on and purse ready and play with him for a little bit hand him to someone or leave him be with his toys walk away like your going to the kitchen or wherever and sneak out the door the key is to make 0 noise lol just make sure he’s not paying attention to you
