Anyone have pcos and are trying to get pregnant? I’m on the low spectrum of having it but still do and anyone have any advice for me for getting preggers??

@blakeslatinmama, ok thx! Yea my obgyn wants me to loose 5-10 lbs just because I’ll be high risk anyways because of my age even though I’m not overweight it will just help overall

There’s an app called kindara that helped me get pregnant. I don’t have pcos but a lot of women on there at the time did. It helps track symptoms so you can better recognize when you’re ovulating. It’s free so it’s worth a shot.it helped us get pregnant within 3 months

@blakeslatinmama, my cycles are every 48-52 Days my endocrinologist did put me on metformin to help regulate

My cousin had to get on BC then stop it to help regulate her period for her to get pregnant
