@tiredmom that is exactly what we want to do in Jocey's room we want to give her a portion of the wall That's chalkboard. Our place is going to take awhile for us to repair and remodel before we can move in. The house is really old and I think the last time it was redecorated was in the 60s!!! It's ugly.

@mommiesaremagical14 oh that's awesome!!!! I'm going to be posting more pics this weekend. Or next week. We don't have much more to do before I can completely clean everything and start moving things over.

@tiredmom Oh geez, that sounds awful. That's definitely lucky for you guys. We got lucky with ours as well because of the apartment attached to the side we're only going to live in it to the house is ready then we're going to move into the house and then we can rent that out to someone and that will basically cover our mortgage!!!

@mommiesaremagical14 oh wow that's nuts. We lucked into this place. A guy my boyfriend works with owns it and needs someone to live in it and fix things. Rent free as long as we're repairing things. $450 if we're not. The guy that was there before us didn't clean didn't fix things and let his dogs break things.

@tiredmom that is so funny cuz we're doing the same thing. My SO has been going back and forth picking stuff up from this one lady that sold her house and she's ripping everything apart and selling it and he's been buying it. The deal was when we bought the house that all the appliances come with it. When they finally moved everything out we went to the house to get ready to clean it and they took all the appliances!! Luckily they were still there and my SO was able to squeeze $1,400 out of them for taking the appliances so we are using that to get the new ones. Plus the lady that my SO has been getting stuff from wants to give him some blinds and shelves for free and she's already given him a refrigerator for free

@mommiesaremagical14 we still have repairs to do at the new place before we can move in. And buy a stove and fridge. We're doing that tonight if the lady I've been talking to still has them available.

@tiredmom I was at ours yesterday cleaning as well. I even cooked our first dinner in the apartment, lol. We all had to sit on the floor to eat. We decided that we're going to move earlier than we thought and we're going to move and live in the apartment till the house is ready. We told our landlord a few weeks ago. I honestly thought he was going to be mad but he was happy for us and it was actually perfect timing cuz nobody live downstairs of us and we're moving out and he told us he was planning on just selling the two apartments cuz he doesn't want to own them anymore.

@mommiesaremagical14 I was just at our new place cleaning yesterday!! Goi to be giving our landlord our 30days on Friday when we pay rent.

Good morning!!! I have laundry and cleaning to do too. Then I also I have to run to the store to get some things for our house, go find some more boxes, come home and pack tke it over to the new place and clean there some more!!!
