Finally going on a date night to dinner and a hockey game with hubs and as I go get in the shower, my son decides to throw the mother of all tantrums. My husband tried his best to calm him but nothing worked. Currently sitting in a towel on my bed holding a sleeping infant who would only be soothed by me 🤦🏼‍♀️ looks like we are going to miss dinner..hopefully we can still make the game 🤷🏼‍♀️

Still haven't told DH...

Still haven't told DH... ...that we're expecting! ? Tonight we were at dinner with my brother and SIL and they just had a baby 4 weeks ago. She said something about babies and DH replies, with such an attitude, "uh no! Never again, we are done!"

Are we the only family? Are we the only family that eats Thanksgiving dinner at dinner time? We eat dinner between 6:30 and I every night due to my work schedule. Even in Thanksgiving we still eat at this time. It's 6:43 and we just pulled out bird out of the oven. I always feel like the odd one but this is how it always was growing up and my SO was raised the same.
