About when do you lose your mucus plug?

lost part of mine at 28 weeks they had to stop my contractions

I'm all ready two cm dilated so I've lost mine 💁 and don't know how or when

Normally around 36-40 weeks I would say. Sometimes you lose it all and sometimes its chunks at a time

Some people don't even notice when they lose it

You can lose it 5 weeks before you go into labor or lose it an hour before you go into labor , there really isn't a time when you lose it , it all depends on your body
