@iqrahp5, it's not fair! And then his lawyer had the nerve to say oh he should take her back to child support to get it reduced because he has to drive back and forth 3 hours every other weekend. 🙄 he never did though because my lawyer was like she cut him a break already and a bigger break then I should of cause it's not that much to drive back and forth. The guy is a shmuck.
@iqrahp5, I should take him back for the full amount because he ruins my sons clothes, he barely feeds him while he's there, and I pay all the medical and take care of him 24/7 and everything he needs or could want and the guy is never around and Doesn't help me out one but outside of child support. He helps his ex wife out with whatever she asks for ontop of child support and paying all the air travel back and forth to Texas year round from NY
@iqrahp5, well I agreed to a lower amount. He should pay 200$ more but I gave him a break cause he cried to the judge how he has to pay all this money for his daughters 🙄

@iqrahp5, good! I will also, and my ex will have to pay it back. He shouldn't be messing around with that. He thinks I'm dumb and I'm not.

Information it's in our agreement that if he needs to know whatever that I have to give it to him. But for taxes regular family court has I jurisdiction on it. So basically it's up to me and him to decide what we want to do so it's really whoever claims him first but by law it's suppose to be me and if I notify the Irs that he has claimed him before I get too if that happens, he can probably get in trouble.
@missjess just like my ex he used my kids in his last year income taxes and his nieces and nephews that aren't even in the states.... last year we weren't together so he randomly put my name and the kids name and signed my name on it while we weren't together the year of 2016.... And now he got the tax money he walked out on us saying that he doesn't want to live with me or want me....
@oktoberwitch, nope, and no lawyer either. He did it by phone. And now he has no choice but to keep my son clean and his clothes clean and take care of him properly or he is in violation. But he is trying to claim my son on his taxes and I already did and he has no right too and he thinks he does.
@oktoberwitch, they think they are entitled and they think because they are the other parent they can just do as they please with no consequences.
