Idk about most people, but to me it's wrong when a baby is not even able to hold their head up much less roll over at 4 months old. This boy I watch needs a lot of work.

my son never really got the rolling over but he sits up and and crawls backwards lol

If they aren't doing tummy time you need to show them how they can get a flat head like that. Smh tummy time is so important

@nerdymommyplus2 this is her 3rd child. Her older two girls are 5 and 4 years old. Both girls talk like babies and the mother claims it's a speech impediment. Plus the 4 year old has been peeing all over my house so I'm having to put her back in pullups! The parents won't do anything. Plus since they both work nights, they don't even see the 4yr old for 5-6 days at a time. She basically lives with me now.
