Here I am again, complaining of my weight.. everyone doesn’t understand how I feel. I WANT to lose weight. I do so good for a little while, but then, cravings hit. My appetite is full blown 24/7. I could eat a full course meal and still be hungry in 20 minutes.. can someone please point me in the direction of helping suppress my appetite? I don’t think anyone gets that I am seriously always so hungry to where I have tried starving myself, and tried meal planning to eat small amounts of healthy items.. it just doesn’t work because I’m still so so hungry. Please help. I’m desperate. 😭
