Anyone else worry about still birth ? I have a very active babygirl but it's all I've been worrying about since my 3rd…

I’ve been there. I’ve been really trying to control my anxiety while pregnant. I just keep reminding myself to remain positive for my baby. And pray pray pray!

It's okay to have worries about certain things happening, but it's not okay to obsess over the idea of something when it isn't likely to happen at all. This last bit of pregnancy is going to zoom right by and before you know it you'll wish you never wasted time worrying but instead enjoying this moment right here and now. Start now! Stop worrying and start thinking about the moment they hand you your baby and everything is okay, you'll feel a lot better if you convince yourself of the most likely scenario and forget about the negative thought and miniscule possibility. It'll all be okay 😊

@simplyshantell thank you . For bringing it to my attention that I shouldn't worry about it . All I have been doing is stressing over this and it's been breaking me down to a point all I do is cry because I always think the worst of things especially something this amazing happening to me it's just so hard to believe . Again thank you so so much !! 💙

@_mommy_17 Its anxiety, and also a normal part of be coming a new mother.. to over worry. The truth is, anything is possible.. but is it likely? No. It's a pointless worry, because your baby is fine and it isn't going to happen because there's such a tiny chance it isn't even worth concerning yourself over, but you still do, out of love. Just stop and think, is it worth it to have this concern in the end, when I know in my heart that everything is going to be okay? No.. it's not. Take it easy and relax your mind these last few weeks because baby will be here soon and it isn't worth stressing over, I promise !
