Just signed up for ispy and I put my credit card info in and then it said I'm on the wait list! What the crap does that mean??? Lol

Ipsy has a wait list. Which means you will wait until they can get you into their circulation. Apparently they can only do so many. I avoided a wait list by referring others and sharing on FB. I'm not sure if you were offered that option.
