Hi everyone I am a fist time mom and my Little one is 2 months old. She does half formulal and half breast milk. She gets really upset from Gas. I was wondering if there is anything I can do or should be doing to help her.

I heard of the elbow to knee trick.opposite elbow to knee will expelled gas.but idk. Mine ain't here yet to try.

I always used the mylicon drops. You can put it right in the bottle for her. And you can’t over use them. They were my best friend. With my son. He use to scream and cry. Used them and he was perfect

Also, make sure she burps really good during and after feedings.
If she seems to have trapped gas try bicycling her legs. Sometimes that helps.
